New Superintendent Selected

Per Arlan Ponder's Facebook posting, sounds like we have a new Superintendent. After interviewing candidates yesterday, the board selected Travis Dempsey from Mountainair and he has accepted.

    I hope they didn't pay 10K for finding someone so close??

    Would it not be considerate to have the NEW superintendent be available for fall registration for the purpose of getting acquainted with the parents and students? Lets start off on the right foot!!
